1. Open the Share menu
You can remove editors by opening the Share menu. To do this, just click on the "Share" button in the top right of your board.
2. Turn off the "Invite editors with a link" option
Make sure that the "Invite editors with link" option is not enabled—you'll need to toggle that off first to remove individual editors.
3. Click the list of "Current editors" to expand it
4. Click the down arrow next to the person you'd like to remove
This will reveal permission options for that person. Choose "Remove [name] from this board". They'll instantly lose access to the board.
FAQ
How do I remove editors on iOS or Android?
It's not possible to remove individual editors through the mobile apps. As you'll see in the messaging on the sharing screen, to remove a particular user, you'll need to log in to Milanote on a computer.
Can I remove an editor from all of my boards at once?
Currently, this isn't possible.
