Here's how to add content from Dropbox to a Milanote board.
Browse the file or folder in your local Dropbox folder
Right-click and choose 'Copy Dropbox Link'
Drag in a new Link card from the toolbar in Milanote
Paste the link you copied into the link and hit enter to create the card
