Embedding a Google Map into a Milanote board

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Map card lets you embed interactive Google Maps directly into your boards. Whether you're planning a photoshoot, mapping out a story, or organizing a travel itinerary, it's a great way to visually anchor your ideas to real-world locations.

Adding a map

  1. Open Google Maps and find the location you'd like to embed

  2. Click the Share button in Google Maps and copy the link provided

  3. In Milanote, drag the Map card from the toolbar onto your board

  4. Paste the Google Maps link into the Map card. Milanote will automatically convert the link into an embedded, interactive map you can explore right inside your board.

Interacting with maps

Once embedded, you can zoom, pan, and explore the map just like you would in Google Maps.
