Each team plan has one Admin. By default, this is the person who upgraded to the Team plan.

What can an Admin do?

  • Add and remove people from the Team plan

  • Change credit card and payment details

  • View payment history

  • Change the plan type and billing period

Can I change the Admin?

Each account can have only one Admin. To nominate someone else as the team Admin, please contact support and we can help you change Admins.

Can Admins remove team members from boards?

Milanote Boards are owned by the person who creates the them, not the team Admin. If a someone on your Team plan leaves your organization, they will still have access to any boards where they are the "Owner" and boards that are currently shared with them.
