Follow these steps to cancel your professional account:
Log in to your Milanote account
Go to the 'Settings' menu (in the top right of the screen)
Choose 'View billing details'
Choose 'Downgrade to the free plan'
You'll still be able to view and edit any of your content when you downgrade to the free plan.
