Any content you delete in Milanote is sent to the trash. It's not permanently deleted straight away, so you can restore deleted content if you change your mind.
Restore deleted content
Deleted content remains in the trash for 3 months. During that time, you can drag content from the trash back to your board.
Empty the trash
At the bottom of the trash, you'll find a button labeled Empty trash. This will permanently delete the content in your trash. You'll no longer be able to find it in the trash.
Content deleted by others
When you open the trash, you'll see that it's split into two parts: Deleted by me & Deleted by others. Because Milanote is collaborative, other editors can delete content from your boards. These will end up in the "deleted by others" tab in the trash. The Deleted by others section is related to the board you're viewing.
