I upgraded to a Pro plan, but it looks like I'm on a free plan on iPhone or iPad.

When you upgrade to a Pro plan on iPhone or iPad, the subscription for your Milanote account is attached to your Apple ID. If you then switch either of these (your Apple ID or your Milanote account), you won't be able to access the Pro plan. You'll need to login to both the Apple ID and the Milanote account that was originally used to create your subscription.
