All of our user data is hosted in the cloud using MongoDB Atlas/AWS so external security and privacy are world-class. All data is backed up in real-time, and the database is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

There are only a select number of authorised staff members at Milanote who have access to the production database, and we have strict policies to prevent them from accessing user data.
